REO Asset Management
Phoenix Asset Management offers true cradle-to-grave REO asset management services, from pre-foreclosure through the closing of escrow. For each of our clients we deploy a tactical and strategic blend of focused management skills and functional specialization, utilizing dedicated staff for each phase of the REO lifecycle, cradle to grave. This structure allows each team member to focus on the specific task at hand, and plays to the strengths and skill sets of the individuals performing each task.
Operational Structure
We create dedicated teams within the organization to service each client, and will adopt the client’s P&P, business rules, practices, and reporting protocol to become a seamless extension of the client’s platform. Each team is designed and staffed specifically to address the client’s objectives. This team structure allows Phoenix Asset Management to manage our client’s assets within a boutique environment, while also providing the strength and economies of scale of a larger organization.
Approach to Quality AssuranceWe have developed and implemented a broad range of quality control procedures to help our staff exceed client goals. Elements include strict servicing standards, reporting, surveillance, staffing and training. After clearly defining client expectations, policies and procedures are designed and implemented to identify critical metrics and performance standards. Daily, weekly, and monthly goals, as well as specific metrics, are established to achieve these objectives.
Servicing System Platforms and ReportingPhoenix Asset Management has acquired licenses to manage assets on widely used third-party systems, including Res.Net, Equator, and DispoSolutions. This practice often provides a seamless transition of the management of the assets, and allows for 100% transparency into the management of the assets.
Each of our clients have very unique reporting requirements, and therefore we work closely with each client to design fully customized reporting packages.
